Hi everyone-
We are looking to offer more bilingual options (Spanish and English) at our park and on site children's museum and I was wondering if anyone here has had experience working with outside consultants to help your organization become more friendly/welcoming to non-English speakers? Instead of taking a slapdash approach to this that does not take into consideration key components that we may not even be aware of, we think it might be best to have outside help to create and ex...
