No Food or Drinks in the Museum!
Lately, we have seen an uptick in coffee cups in the museum amongst other food and drink. What policies do you have in place and how strict are you in enforcing them? How do you empower floor staff to handle it? And how.... HOW... do you take a coffee cup away from the mom with 2 kids under 2??? Are water bottles ok? What exceptions do you make? Do you have different rules for different times of year/events?
Many thanks!
