Inflammatory Emails
Since opening earlier this month, our Museum has received quite a bit of inflammatory, and sometimes threatening, emails from random people (i.e., berating us for our admissions policies, where we're located, etc.). If your Museum has received similar emails in the past, at what point and how did you respond? We've been advised to ignore these types of emails but they keep coming and to various staff members so it's hard to just move past it.
