Said: Avoid exclusivity if you can. I feel like it only causes problems later. If you do offer it, be as clear as you can and maybe limit it to a particular time period.

Donor Wall Exclusivity
We’re an emerging museum and we just launched our first capital campaign. The campaign is mainly offering a spot on our future founding donor wall upon opening and current website/social media recognition.
We’ve got a big meeting tomorrow with a bank that has previously brought up exclusivity when it came to sponsorships.
#1 Is it common to offer industry exclusivity in this situation?
