Open 7 days - when to train/PD
Hi all,
Has anyone found a good solution to training/PD around a 7 day operation? We are currently using after hours trainings for our staff, but as our team grows, we're finding that those times are difficult for those who need childcare. We tend to use our 15 min morning meetings for training reminders, but I'd love to have dedicated training time.
