managing visitors who are identified on a sex offender registry

Looking for some advice on how other organizations handle this very difficult situation. We do have board members in law enforcement and lawyers but would also appreciate some member advice.

Climber Sock Requirement
Hi All -
We are currently reevaluating our sock requirement on our climber. At the moment we require shoes to be removed and socks to be worn. We are also giving, any visitor that requests them, socks for free but request that they put them in a bin to be washed when they are done climbing. As I'm sure some of you have experienced, we are losing socks and having to replace them frequently. My two questions are below:
1. Do any of you that have climbers not require s...
