Hello everyone. I am curious how you handle staffing behaviors to keep your children's museums fun and safe for all. I have taken over Operations and Early Ed Coordinator 4 months ago and see an increase in staff negativity.

Mobile Museum Units
We are looking to keep our mobile museum unit pricing competitive while also realistic. If you have a mobile unit that goes to schools and community events, how much do you charge for a visit? Is it a sliding scale? Any info appreciated!
