Retail shops - self managed/operated retail museum shops
Hi folks -
I'm looking to learn from / connect with peers who operate their own museum retail shops (online or onsite). Post-covid, we've taken over operations of our own retail store and I'm looking to learn from peers who have done this and/or are already managing their own retail operations.
Especially interested in understanding back office staffing and buyer needs.
