Outdoor play area for toddlers and preschoolers
We are in the early phase of creating an outdoor area behind our CM for young children. We are picking some key elements to include, serving the very youngest birth to five. .

Membership Lapses
Hello!
We are evaluating our membership program (pricing, benefits, usage, etc.), and part of that evaluation is looking at our renewal rate and how long our memberships lapse before families rejoin. Currently, we have no incentive for them to keep their membership active, so typically guests wait for it to lapse and then rejoin on their next visit as opposed to renew prior to it expiring.
