Procedure for staff witnessing
Hi all,
Does anyone have a written procedure for staff to follow if they witness a potentially abusive situation between a parent/adult and a child? Staff have reported a few situations where they weren't sure if/how to intervene.

Changes in Birthday Party Behavior?
When our museum re-opened in May of 2021, we restructured our weekend birthday party packages -- opting for longer rental times and more guest admission included but increased price. We have two private rooms for rentals that guests have for 2 hours of party-time (with an additional 30 minutes beforehand to set up), up to 40 guest admission, and all-day play.
