Accessibility Item on Exit Survey
At Thanksgiving Point, our exit survey includes an item asking if the visitor experienced issues with accessibility. While we intend this to be accessibility in terms of IDEA, many responses relate to parking, construction en route, etc. Our efforts to reword the item seem to end up feeling long-winded or still not quite right.
Can anyone recommend a concise wording that points more to the type of accessibility we are hoping for?
