Opening Day Procedures
We are planning for our grand opening on Sunday, April 2nd and are working on our opening procedures. What are best practices for controlling volume of visitors on one floor at a time, in the door, etc. We are anticipating hundreds of visitors and are trying to prepare our staffing for opening day. Thanks for any advice ahead of time.
