Pay scales for PT employees.
Just wondering, if you are willing to share, your pay scale for employees...
We will be adding new staff with our expansion and want to attract new talent and wonder how you are doing it.
Our minimum wage is $7.25, we tend to start our HS kids at 8 but wonder what others do?
Do you differentiate with adults and teenagers?
any other ideas would be appreciated!
