Phasing out timed ticketing, but holding on to online sales?
Like most museums, Minnesota Children's Museum reopened with limited capacity and a timed entry requirement for all visitors, including members. One bonus of this system was that we were able to gather much more information about general visitors (non-members) than normal because they were required to buy tickets online in advance.
