Hello! My name is Amy and I am the new Operations Manager at a children's museum in Virginia. Looking for some advice on how other organizations handle this very difficult situation. We do have board members in law enforcement and lawyers but would also appreciate some member advice.
It was recently brought to our attention that a father visiting with his wife and child is on the sex offender registry list. A team member who recognized him from a nearby community recalled the incident from 2014. We verified the information on the state registry. I ...
