Durability of Wooden manipulatives
We have some wooden manipulatives around our museum that fit the aesthetic of the museum better then the plastic ones. I have also found some tegu pieces that would fit really well with a particular exhibit experience, but are again, wood. Does anyone have any advice on keeping wooden manipulatives in good shape? I am wondering if we can add any extra finish to them, or just need to anticipate replacing them more frequently.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
Cheers,
