Rethinking Hours of Operation
Prior to COVID, our facility was open 7 days a week. We had 4 full time staff members. It always felt frantic and hard to manage the schedule. Right now, we are open three days a week. By mid summer, we would like to add a few more days, but I don't want to go back to 7 days- it doesn't feel sustainable, especially now that we only have 3 full time staff members.
