Gift Card/Certificate Redemptions/Tracking Using Altru
I'm trying to find a solution for gift card redemptions and tracking. I know Altru doesn't currently have the ability to track gift card redemptions. I also confirmed with Blackbaud that there's currently no third party vendor for gift cards that integrates with Altru. Can anyone share what their museum is using for gift cards? We use Shopify for our retail sales, so we have the ability to sell gift cards through Shopify, but there's no way to redeem them in Altru.
