Field Trip Process
We’re taking a look at our field trip booking processes and wanted to see how other children's museums handle their group visits and deposits.
If you have a couple of minutes, I'd love to learn a bit about how your team manages:
- Deposits: Do you charge a deposit to hold a date? (Flat fee, percentage, or per-student?)
- Payment Timelines: How far in advance do groups need to pay their deposit and final balance?

Muse CRM/Point of Sale software Advice
We are a small- to mid-size museum in WI. We recently converted to Muse and are having some challenges. If you are currently using Muse as your CRM/POS software and would be willing to share some of your experience, that would be helpful. Specifically, we would like to talk to museums that have experience in the following areas of Muse: Membership, Fundraising, Ticketing, Accounting, Attendance Reporting, and Reservations.

Toddler Friendly Toilets
Hello all, I'm curious what solutions your museum has used to help make the bathrooms more accessible for toddlers who are potty-training? We do not have little toilets, so curious about what other steps you may use to help make the bathrooms more welcoming and comfortable for little visitors. Thanks!
