Asking Guests to Leave
Hello,
We have had a few incidents since we've reopened where guests have been very aggressive towards staff. We are looking for the mechanics of how you ask a guest to leave and then physically remove them from campus. Do you involve security? Do your managers ask them to leave and escort them to the exit? We are just not sure of a good procedure for this and would like some feedback on how you handle if this has come up at your institution.
