Gift Shop Best Sellers
Hello! We are in the process of reevaluating our merchandise and gift shop offerings. Our "shop" is small, really just a little display case with back-of-house storage, but we are pretty successfully selling shirts, stickers, etc. We don't have a ton of room for knick-knacks or small toys, but we could likely offer a few. I am also trying to be mindful and sell things that reflect our mission of inspiring curiosity without offering items that just end up feeling like clutter, either...

Direct Service Delivery Discounts
We’re exploring a partner discount model that supports active service delivery (e.g., social workers, therapists, mentors bringing families as part of a scheduled session), rather than employment-based discounts.
For those of you offering similar access programs: how do you define eligibility, and how do you verify use without creating barriers or awkward front-desk interactions?
