Question About Opposite Gender Restroom Situations
Hi everyone!
My name is Ann, and I’m the People Operations Manager at the Children’s Museum of Manhattan.
We’ll be moving into a new space within the next two years, but our current space does not have any family restrooms, although all restrooms do have changing tables. We’ve had situations where parents/caregivers accompany their child into the restroom that aligns with the child’s gender, when it differs from the parent/caregiver’s gender.
