I wanted to see if anyone has tested out a 'Happy or Not' kiosk at their museum. https://www.happy-or-not.com/en/
If you're not familiar with what it is, it's a standing touchscreen that allows guests to give brief feedback about their visit. While it's given us some insight into various aspects of our museum, we're struggling to find the data to be truly helpful or consistent. This can sometimes have to do with children...
