Alternatives to Altru
We currently use Altru (owned by Blackbaud) for Membership, Visitor Services and Development. Very expensive. Our contract renews April 2026 and they are insisting we have to renew for 3 years. I've learned that many children museums also use Altru. Would love to hear how it's working for you, do you get support? Are you considering moving? I realize it's a HUGE deal if we decide to change programs, but it seems there are better options out there.
