Summer Field Trip Payment Issues
Hello all! Our museum offers field trips to summer camps, and this year's groups have been extremely challenging from an administrative standpoint. We ask for a deposit at time of booking, then final headcount and full payment 30 days before the date of the trip and no refunds for absent children.
