Policies on sharing video 3rd parties
Good morning,
We have had a recent uptick in external request for video footage for numerous purposes (IE accident off the property but in view, fall in the museum, domestic dispute, etc.). We want to make sure that we approach all of these with a consistent or at minimum thoughtful process. Has anyone created a 3rd Party Video Requests policy?

payout to ED for grant writing or donation collection
I would like to know if any other museums have a contract with their Executive Director to do a percentage payout for Grant Writing (admin fee if available through the grant) or for donation collections? If so what percentage do you pay as we are looking at doing so within our organization.
