Best Practices for Managing School Group Behavior and Meeting General Guest Needs
Hi all,
I'm working on pulling a session together for next year's Interactivity on best practices for managing school group behavior and meeting the needs of general guests. I had some great conversations on the topic at this year's Interactivity and it seems like a common issue museums are dealing with.
Anyone have some successful practices they'd like to share in a session? How you orient students, teachers and chaperones? How you support appropriate behavior in exhibits?...
