Marketing and Communications Plan
Does anyone have a great marketing and communications plan that's worked well for you that you'd be willing to share? We're an emerging children's museum wrestling with the topic and seeing some examples, particularly from museums that have just gone through startup, would be great. Any examples would be helpful though!

Professional recruiter or headhunter?
Has anyone had good experience using a professional recruiter or headhunter to find the Children's Museum Executive Director? If so, would you care to share your experience? I really want to hire from within our state and would even more prefer for he/her to be from within our community or surrounding region. However, since it is a unique position that is not available within a 3-4 hour drive of us, I wanted to gleam some experience from my peers. Thank you.

Hi all! I've been tasked with brainstorming some new themes for our community events and I wanted to see if there are any other CMs doing something similar.
