Employee and Volunteer Policies - Background Checks
Hi! I am Executive Director of an emerging museum opening our doors in the coming months. I am currently working on our employee and volunteer policies. I know some of the requirements will vary by State (we are in MA), but can anyone provide a summary of their policies for background checks for both employees and volunteers?
