What does your staffing look like?
Hey, everyone! After attending a few conferences and gaining perspective from so many different museums, I see that we all staff in very unique ways. I'm curious to learn about:
1. What does "regular staff" look like in your spaces?
2. Do you use a consistent model, or does it change frequently?
3. Have you had to make any budgetary adjustments in recent years?
4. Do you have a part-time staff, and if so, what does that look like?
