Field Trip Check In
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice and ideas from other museums around managing frontline congestion during busy times.
Lately, as we’ve been hosting larger field trips, we’ve been experiencing significant lines at our entrance especially with chaperones paying, members checking in, and general admission guests all arriving at once. At peak times, lines are stretching out the door, and it’s starting to impact the overall guest experience.
