Has anybody tried creating a "playable gift shop"?
We have a gift shop in our lobby and often find torn open packages, sets with pieces missing, books with ripped pages, etc. This is just kind of a part of having a museum shop full of things for kids, when parents' attention is turned towards the check-in desk. But it does result in a fairly significant amount of "shrink" every year.

Collecting children's year of birth for communications segmentation
Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you are all to the great start of 2025!
We are looking in segmenting our subscribers by the age of their children, but our CRM (Altru) doesn't have the capability to collect this data during the transaction, leaving us with only one option to add it manually. Could anyone share how this challenge was solved by your organization. Thank you very much in advance.
