Annual Employee Turnover Rate
Hi! If anyone is tracking employee turnover and is willing to share their overall yearly turnover rate, I'd greatly appreciate it. Trying to figure out what is "normal" for the industry. Currently, from Oct. '23 to Oct. '24 we're at 61%. For the 2023 calendar year, it was 64.2%.
