Timed Ticketing Advice
We are an emerging museum, opening in December. I think we will need to do timed tickets for at least our first few weeks. People will be able to stay as long as they want, but will not be able to enter before their time. We are using the Altru ticketing system, so I know we have capacity for it. I was wondering if there are any rules of thumb for this. How do we calculate how many tickets to sell for each time? I am planning to set our overall capacity below what the fire ma...
