Membership Renewal Rates
Hi All!
We are just over one year in and just in the first month of working through membership renewals. I've read some awesome posts about Membership Renewal reminder cadence. Our Board is looking for any guidance on what average renewal rates are so we can have a general benchmark. Do you ever send out surveys for those who don't renew for feedback on why they didn't renew?
Appreciate anyone that's willing to share the renewal rates!
