Share your Per-Person Revenue Number
Hi All,
One of the things that we measure is our "Per Person Earned Revenue" number. I don't know if other museums measure this but it's easy and I thought I'd share ours and ask others to share as well.
Here's how:
First, pick a time period to measure and get your total attendance (everything like member visits, tickets, parties, groups, all the people)
Next, find your earned revenue, meaning anything a customer paid you (like camp fees, gift shop gross,...
