Pen Pal Program
Hi! I was wondering if there are any museums that would like to participate in a pen pal program with us?
At our museum, we recently set up a special mailbox where kids can write letters to the museum. It’s been super popular. I was thinking that it might be cute to partner with another museum to start a pen pal program.

new gift card fees?
Hello,
We have Square as our point of sale, and they are changing their policies as of Aug.2nd. They will now be charging us a load fee of 2.5% towards both physical and egift cards. This also affects our "refund to Gift Card" policy as we generally give people those if unable to attend due to illness or typical child-related issues.
Does anyone else use gift cards? If so, how do you combat the fees? And if you refund, do you also refund the ticket's face value or the fees?
