Birthday Parties
Hello!
I'm with the Lincoln Children's Museum and we are looking to make a couple changes to our birthday parties.
1) What are you charging for deposits? And do you automatically apply that to their final payment at the time of the party or wait for the following business day for management to refund (we have birthday party leads who run the parties at night). We have had a couple parties lately that shouldn't have received a deposit back.
