I am just curious if any of you have explored/made the switch to Levitate for your bulk email/text to donate/development platform? The would replace mailchimp for us as well as RallyCorp but wanted to know if any of you have used them.

Copyright Restrictions on In-Person Storytime Programs?

I would love to hear how your institutions have approached developing in-person storytime programs that comply with copyright restrictions. Based on what I can find online, it appears that live/in-person read alouds in classrooms and libraries fall under the Fair Use exemption of the Copyright Act and are therefore permissible. The museum I work for is a nonprofit but charges admission--does this exemption apply to us as well? Additionally, because we are hosting the sto...
