Hello all -
We are considering starting an artist residency program - a 3-4 month position where an artist would receive some space to do their art in exchange for leading a collaborative art project and potentially some other program/experiences for our visitors. I would love to learn from the experience of other institutions who have hosted similar residencies. How were they structured? What did both sides commit to as part of the residence?
