Field trip early arrivals
Good morning, all!
Here's a very in the weeds question but one that we've been wrestling with lately. How do your museums handle field trips that arrive early? We routinely have groups arrive 30 minutes head of their scheduled field trip start time, which causes a scramble here - we aren't always ready for them, with staff in place. Do you make them wait on the bus? Wait outside regardless of weather (not very doable here on many days)? Let them in but have them wait somepla...
