Staff Structure/Org Chart for Small Museums
Good morning, everyone! We are a small and still new children's museum (a STEAM makerspace that opened in 2021). We have learned a lot in the 2.5 years that we have been in operation. While we are incredibly proud of our successes in this time we have grown in ways that we couldn't have anticipated and struggled in others. We have added to our team over time, but typically in response to emergency needs as opposed to in a planned, strategic way that best positions us to be able to scale....
