Land Leases and Acquiring Land for your museum
I'm working with a few emerging museums who are looking for locations for their museums.
One of them has been offered a land lease.
If you are an organization that is participating in a land lease, can you give a few details?
I've worked under land leases previously but would love to get perspective across the Association to see common practices and what sort of outliers to watch for.

Background Checks
We are currently using Checkr, formerly Good Hire to run volunteer and employee background checks. The cost is $29 per check. What platforms are others using that have a non-profit discount or are cheaper?
