Looking to Improve our Booking Systems for Groups, any advice?
I work for a museum with several K12 group experience options between our museum galleries, labs, and shows. Our K12 booking process has outgrown our (originally) simple systems with google form requests and a calendar. We've added staff, but It's taking far longer to book, confirm, prepare for, and bill our groups. And our reporting is a mess.
