Unlimited PTO
As a small museum who can't offer health insurance, we are looking for other benefits we can offer employees. For a while we have followed a fairly standard PTO policy where sick & holiday & PTO were bundled together with an average year allowance starting at 2 weeks and going up from there. Because of both the seasonal nature of some of our positions and the recognition of the importance of work-life balance, we are thinking of switching to an unlimited PTO policy.

They have asked us to reach out to other children's museum to see who has received such funding in the past for operations and specifically if received to support a capital project. We have a tight timeline for the application, so appreciate if you could share this detail, so we can follow up in the next few days. Thanks!
