Radio/Walkie-Talkie Usage
Greetings all! I hope that your holiday season has been successful!
Our staff and floor Associates are equipped with Retevis RT28 Radios to communicate during the day, but we have an issue with: 1) belt clips frequently being broken, so radios wind up in pockets which makes transmissions difficult to hear, and 2) messages needing to also be repeated during high-traffic times, due to the noise. We've tried using earpieces, but the results haven't been overwhelmingly pos...
