Private Reservation procedure -deposit refundable?
We currently book for birthday parties and private events. Up until recently we did not have listed on our website that the $50 deposit that would hold the date and the space was nonrefundable. However this item it was listed within a checklist that our supervisors go through with each person leading up to their event and the supervisor does initial that they discussed it with the guest. What vacuum cleaners are you using?
We are a small museum and only have a professional cleaning crew come in once a month during the school year. I ask our gallery staff to vacuum everyday at close but this is an annoying task for them when our vacuum cleaners are constantly breaking. We have a roomba that does a great job with small spaces (like our Toddler Zone) but I'm curious what kind of vacuums are you all using that have lasted?

Self-service Kiosk : Do you have recommendations/experience?
Good day museum teams, from Santa Monica, California! We are looking to implement a kiosk in our lobby to capture guest feedback and self service ticketing. Does anyone currently have a self-service kiosk operating in their museum? Do you have any brand/model recommendations? What have been the successes and pitfalls so far? We greatly appreciate the feedback ~
