ISO- Business Planning Recommendations
Hello!
We (at the Long Island Children's Museum) are doing preliminary work to prep for a new interpretive master plan. We are realizing that we would benefit from some support in the business planning side of the equation.
We are looking for a partner who could:
Help us understand how much of our market we're actually capturing and project potential capacity and future earned revenue.
