Blackbaud Altru Attendance Reporting
Altru Users, we have been reporting on attendance using the Event Attendance report. In order to get an accurate count of how many people we see each day we add our scanned tickets + sold tickets for field trips and birthday parties manually for each day. We have worked with support on creating a custom query, but there has not been one produced that adds the way we need. We would also like to see totals for days, weeks, months, and years at a time.

Visitor Data
Hi Everybody,
Currently, we use Access to track visitor data. This is becoming outdated for us, and our volunteers cannot come in as frequently to code it. We are looking for a new system that we can use. Currently, we track the ages and zip codes of visitors. We also have about 10 "categories" under which we put the visitors (field trip, party, admission, etc.). If we could keep those categories, that would be a huge help.
