Sample Incident Forms
Happy new year, everyone. I'm curious – do any of you have any sample “incident forms” that you would be able to share? We occasionally have some bumps and bruises occur here on site. Typically nothing that can’t be addressed with a band aid but last week we did have a child need to go get 2 stitches. We plan on better documenting these types of incidents in the future. Measuring Attendance at External Locations
Hi everyone,
I was hoping y'all could share how you measure attendance at events that are off-site. We are struggling to find a way to get visitor information and/or just an accurate count of attendees. If anyone has any suggestions it would be much appreciated.
We've tried paper sign-in sheets, per-registration, and google forms linked to QR codes posted at the event but none of these have succeeded in getting us accurate numbers.
Any help is much appreciated!...
